CEREMONIAL ABYSS is a Northwest-based aleatoric tape and ambient artist. He has toured the US extensively in support of his 2023 self-releases ‘Tape Study for Four Variants’, and ‘23’. CA has performed with artists and writers such as Brenda Iijima, Pete Swanson (Yellow Swans), DIIV, Lori Goldston, Vi Khi Nao and Will Alexander (2023 Pulitzer Finalist), along the way.

Jared Daniel Fagan is the author of The Animal of Existence (Black Square Editions, 2022). His poems, prose, and conversations have appeared in The Brooklyn Rail, Fence, Lana Turner, and Asymptote, among other publications. He is the editor and publisher of Black Sun Lit, a PhD candidate in Comparative Literature at the CUNY Graduate Center, an adjunct assistant professor in the Writing MFA program at Columbia University, and an adjunct lecturer in English at the City College of New York. Born in Jeollanam-do, South Korea, he lives in Brooklyn and the western Catskills.
